One of the perhaps lesser known properties of the access form is the navigation caption. This property controls what you see in the bottom left corner of your form (Provided you have not turned off navigation buttons).
If you leave it blank, you will just get the default looking like so:
Now, in this case, the form is always showing contracts, by looking for the navigation caption property of the form, and typing in “Contract:” (The colon is optional)
Our form will now display like so instead:
You can type in anything you want, such as Employee, Order or Order Details.With such a simple step, we can now give our users more information about what they are viewing.
